5-year manufacturing warranty

Sunshine Diamonds provides a 5-year manufacturing warranty on eligible jewellery. This covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, subject to inspection by our team.

What is covered

• Eligible manufacturing defects found during normal use.
• Inspection and guidance from our aftercare team.
• Repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution where a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bent claws, thinning metal, or loss of finish from regular use.
• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, improper cleaning, chemicals, heat, or third-party repair work.
• Lost stones where the item shows signs of wear, impact, damage, or missed maintenance.
• Loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

How to request warranty support

1. Contact us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
2. Wait for our team to review and confirm the next step.
3. If inspection is required, send the item only after receiving our instructions.

Aftercare advice

Fine jewellery should be worn with care and checked regularly. Avoid wearing jewellery during heavy work, sport, swimming, cleaning, or when using harsh chemicals. We recommend professional inspection if you notice loose stones, bent claws, or visible damage.
