At Sunshine Diamonds, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing fine jewellery online. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days from the delivery date, not the order date.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@sunshinediamonds.com, call us, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (437) 662-2883. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or return instructions. Sunshine Diamonds will cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns.

Return Conditions

Returned jewellery must be:

• In its original condition.
• Unworn, undamaged and unused.
• Returned with the original packaging, certificate, valuation document and any included accessories.
• Sent back using the return method provided by Sunshine Diamonds.

We may be unable to accept a return if the item has been damaged, altered by another jeweller, misused, or returned without the required documents.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Free Exchanges, Design Changes and Resizing

Within 30 days from delivery, we offer free exchange support, including:

• Exchange for another design.
• Ring resizing.
• Product resizing where possible.
• Design change where possible.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you properly.

Bespoke, Engraved or Modified Items

If an item has been engraved, heavily customised, altered after delivery, or modified by another jeweller, return eligibility may be limited. Please contact us and we will review the case fairly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange inspection and offer repair, replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Inspection

All returned jewellery is inspected before refund, exchange, resize or repair is completed. Items must be returned in original condition with certificates and packaging.
