We know ring sizing can be difficult when ordering online. Sunshine Diamonds Canada offers resizing support on eligible rings so your jewellery can fit comfortably.

Free 30-Day Resizing

Eligible rings may qualify for one complimentary resize request within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, certificates, and documents.

Resize Limits

Most eligible rings can be resized within a limited range. Some styles cannot be resized safely or may require a replacement or exchange instead. If a resize is outside the complimentary range, we will confirm any charge before work begins.

Excluded Styles

Full eternity rings, some half eternity rings, tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces, bangles, engraved items, bespoke items, and certain complex settings may be excluded from standard resizing. Contact us before ordering if sizing is a concern.

How to Request Resizing

Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, current size, requested size, and photos of the item. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide secure return instructions.
