5-Year Manufacturing Guarantee

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects for eligible jewellery, including issues such as a setting fault, claw or prong issue caused by workmanship, or structural manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage, impact damage, loss, theft, or misuse.
• Damage caused by chemicals, improper cleaning, or improper care.
• Work, alteration, or repair carried out by another jeweller.
• Changes in size, fit, or preference after the applicable resizing period.

Inspection & Resolution

After inspection, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue and item condition. We will confirm any charge before starting paid repair work.
